No. Unfortunately, once you’ve made a static QR, you cannot convert it to a Dynamic QR.

How many times can my dynamic QR be scanned?

Your dynamic QR codes can be scanned an unlimited number of times until the expiration of your paid subscription.

How many static QR codes can I make?

You can create an unlimited number of static QR codes.

How can I track data from my dynamic QR codes?

You can track data from your dynamic QR codes by logging into your account and accessing the dashboard. This feature provides comprehensive information on scans, locations, device types, and times, giving you valuable insights into your QR code's performance.

How can I edit or update my dynamic QR codes on ConnectQR?

To edit or update your dynamic QR codes, simply access your account on ConnectQR, select the QR code you wish to modify, and edit the information as needed. Any changes you make are saved instantly, allowing you to keep your QR codes up-to-date effortlessly.

Can multiple users access an account?

While most platforms recommend one user per subscription for security reasons, certain plans, particularly those designed for enterprise use, do allow for multiple sub-users. These sub-users can have individual dashboards and permissions, enabling effective collaboration and management within the platform.

Additionally, when uploading your logo, you can choose between JPEG or PNG formats. It is generally recommended to have a logo file size ranging from 500KB to 1 MB, balancing quality and loading time.

Which colours should I avoid using in my QR code?

When making a coloured QR code with logo customisation, it's best to steer clear of light colours. Most scanning devices find it difficult to scan lighter shades. For better readability and successful scanning, go for darker colours for the QR and stick to a white background. This contrast between the darker-shade QR and the white background can improve the performance of your code.

How do your subscription plans work?

Our plans come with a set number of QR codes that are valid with an active subscription. Note that you don't get an additional number of QR codes after each renewal.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. The price will be adjusted on a prorated basis automatically.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Is my subscription renewal automatic?

Yes. Your subscription will renew automatically, provided it is not cancelled.

Can I change or update my payment method?

Yes. To update or change your payment method, access the "Billing" section and select "Edit".

How do I cancel my subscription?

What happens to my QR codes if my subscription is cancelled?

Your QR codes won't go anywhere, but you won't be able to access them or the collected data until you update your plan. Your QR codes will disappear only if you delete your ConnectQR account.

Do you offer refunds for unused subscription periods?

No, we do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods; we are willing to review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for charities. Our services are free for these entities, in support of their valuable work and missions.
